What people ask before their first at-home cut.
How much space does the barber need?
About six feet by six feet of floor and one power outlet. A living room, a terrace, a hotel room or a conference room all work.
How do I pay?
ATH Móvil, credit or debit card, or cash, at the end of the visit. The price is confirmed in the chat before we drive out.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We cut over a floor mat and vacuum before we leave. Capes and neck strips keep hair off your clothes.
Can you come to my hotel?
Yes. Hotels in Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan and Miramar are all inside our service area. Tell the front desk you are expecting a visitor and we handle the rest.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least three hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside three hours we may ask for a $20 fee, because the drive has already been planned around you.
Do you cut kids and seniors?
Yes. Kids 12 and under are $50. We also visit seniors and homebound clients in homes and care residences, at $60.
Can I book several people at once?
Yes, and it is the best way to do it. Book back-to-back slots for a family, a wedding party or an office and we stay until everyone is done.
What hours do you work?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by appointment. Visits between 10 PM and 7 AM add a $25 after-hours fee. Message any time and you get an answer.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Spanish and English, whichever you are comfortable in.
